@WillN This key is the pre order key that nets your the pre order bonus, there are full instructions in your account on where to activate that. If you've already played in the beta then you don't need to activate it anymore, you will automatically get the Hazmat gear set :)

How do i activate my key. It says in caps NOT UPLAY and the key is 12 digits

@redimax heard the additional kits besides the National Guard set are for xboxone only as exclusives. Nothing is showing on PS4 and on PC as of now. Guess Ubisoft will update their page soon as right now this is only speculation.

Having a team member say one thing, then you do another is rather unprofessional. It's not even about the financial aspect of it, the price difference wouldn't even get you a large coffee. A mistake was made and the response? Attitude and sarcasm. You have clearly shown no respect to your customers and I suspect this is just a case of trying to squeeze a few more pounds out of people now that initial impressions are positive. People will buy anyway so why should you give a ####, right?

I was close to buying, but I'd rather spend my money with a company that has a bit more integrity. I won't be back, I urge others to do the same.
