Couple of questions here that I couldn't find answers on the site...

What is your refund policy? Can I cancel the order anytime before game's release date ? And if I pre-order, will I be charged now or on the day of the release? When will the game key will be released, before, on or after release date ?

Your price is pretty good and I have never purchased from you guys, just want to make sure what I'm getting into. Read some pretty awful reviews that were dated from 4-5 years ago about people never getting their product key, but I guess this has been fixed by now :)

You will get the Hazmat set no matter which beta key you use, as long as you use a beta key from us, or somewhere else ;)

So, if I understand correctly - to get Hazmat suit, I need to activate a beta key that I get from pre-ordering the game.

However, here is my situation - I have already activated a Beta key, one I got from nVidia (I am GeForce Experience beta user), then even there is no way for me to get the Hazmat suit? Or I can still activate the beta key I get from you, after I've activated an nVidia one?

Hi! Let me try to clear up some confusion regarding the beta keys. If you've activated a beta key so far then your Uplay account will automatically include the Hazmat gear set. The beta keys are tied to the Hazmat set for now, so if you can not use the key due to the beta being closed then you will get the oportunity later at the next beta event. Even if you miss the next one Ubisoft support can add that Hazmat set to your account as long as you give them your beta key. The Uplay key for the full game will come a bit closer to the launch of the game, Ubisoft will not send keys until then. I hope it helps :)

So I just preordered this. However, I had entered another beta code on the signup page. I am wondering how I can get the Bonus DLC if I already entered another code and not this Gold Edition Code. Please help!
