Are you serious?? I asked you so many days for that and now before the release you say that?? Perfect company. And still you dont answer. We receive our key or no. Is simple yes or no.

Did you read what they say? " We've been chasing the publisher "since Monday because we got fewer keys for the Magnus Edition" than we ordered and we're still chasing them" So they don't have keys and when they suggest us to refund what we have to think about??

Hey guys,
We're sorry we haven't been able to send out keys for the Magnus Edition yet. We've been chasing the publisher since Monday because we got fewer keys for the Magnus Edition than we ordered and we're still chasing them.
If you want to upgrade, you can always make a refund in your account.
Sorry for the problem, we are also angry, because we have been warning the publisher about this for days.

Thats just pathetic... You have been promising People those Keys for days now, and said we could start playing at 10:00.
All the while you've had the info that you didn't have the Keys to send out?
