When will keys be sent out (because of preloading)

Where did you get news about a preload? As far as we know there's none confirmed atm.
replyJust guessing, almost all games released on steam do have preload, and ps5 players are already able to preload right now. So no actual news about it.
replyNot all titles have preloads, but if that's the case we'll send keys out as soon as possible. Should hear more from the publisher soon :)
replyHello, is there an update on the time when you will send out the keys? In my region steam says it will be unlocked in approx. 12 hours. Are you able to provide the keys beforehand? thanks & greetings.
replyKeys will go out just before release, we just can't send them sooner. Sorry about that. You'll be able to have it just before the 8am GMT release don't worry :)

replyHello. for me it says both my orders (got 2 deluxe) are in status "failed" now. Is that an issue? i would have expected to have the keys by now.
replygame is allready out. problem is still existing. Got the email that the game was purchased with the link to the homepage for the keys. on the page it is still "failure". it would be nice if you could look into the issue and fix it. ;-) ty
