Okay, I got my deluxe key which includes the digital artbook, mini soundtrack, seasonpass and the qinglong armour. Haven't received the Zhuque armour though.
Same. Seems to be a widespread issue across all 3rd party retailers so I'll wait for now. I imagine there's no need to contact support but I'll do it tomorrow if they don't automatically send the keys to everyone once they receive them from Koei.

Unfortunately, an incorrect setup has made us unable to deliver the Deluxe Keys. We are currently sorting this out. Unfortunately, at this stage, we can't estimate when the problem will be fixed, as we have no way of correcting it ourselves.
We are sincerely sorry for the problem with your order and if you don't want to wait, we will of course assist in issuing a refund.
And believe us, we are at least as upset as you are.

replyHey there, the keys are now delivered :) Pre-order bonus will be delivered in a separate key. We hope that these will be available today.

Where did you get news about a preload? As far as we know there's none confirmed atm.
replyJust guessing, almost all games released on steam do have preload, and ps5 players are already able to preload right now. So no actual news about it.
