It says status failed on my account page. There is a gibberish key in the dashboard that cannot be activated and money was also not refunded... Absolutely NOT OK, the game is already out.. I did not receive an email that tehre is any problem....
replyJust got an email from my ticket to support that they got some problem with the setup to send out the Deluxe keys, and they are trying to sort out everything. So, let's hope they can fix it asap!
