Okay, I got my deluxe key which includes the digital artbook, mini soundtrack, seasonpass and the qinglong armour. Haven't received the Zhuque armour though.

Same. Seems to be a widespread issue across all 3rd party retailers so I'll wait for now. I imagine there's no need to contact support but I'll do it tomorrow if they don't automatically send the keys to everyone once they receive them from Koei.

Hey there, the keys are now delivered :) Pre-order bonus will be delivered in a separate key. We hope that these will be available today.

Hey, I'm aware of keys for the game being out. My reply was about the Zhuque pre-order bonus but it seems the original comment got deleted :P And yeah, I'm not in a rush - knowing Team Ninja I probably won't be using the bonus too much anyway as the game itself should have better alternatives for fashion :)
