Good news, the issue has been resolved! Please check your Gamesplanet account, a new key to enable the preorder bonus has been added to your order. You'll find the bonus content in the usual DLC tab in your Steam client/launcher.

replyAt present it's only for US products and is not possible to use on International things (such as digital games). It will hopefully be possible to do that in the future, but we have no update when.
If you mean Paypal wallet credit, then yes that should work.
replyJust bought for the USA, when the codes come do I just go to my games and it will show key, and also is there a separate key for the Pre Order bonuses?
replyCodes will be sent out before release (usually when a preload happens - if one does). The key will show up on your account and you'll also receive an email when that happens. Pre-order bonuses will be included in the game code.
