Will work in your country no worries, keys will be sent prior to release (usually a few days in advance). If there is a preload you'll have it by then, but from what we hear there is not going to be one.
Can try to find out the size of the game for you though.

replyYou should be all good with the game. There are some locks, but those apply to Asian countries only. If it was locked for you, you would have a warning on the page, checkout and in your account.
