Le Mans Ultimate welcomes the European Le Mans Series with brand new 2025 content!

The Ligier JS P325 is the latest generation of Ligier’s LMP3 prototype, and successor to the imperious JS P320. Powered by a 3.5-litre twin-turbo Toyota V6 producing about 470 hp, it features a 6-speed Xtrac sequential gearbox, double-wishbone suspension with Öhlins dampers, and advanced aerodynamics for improved efficiency and cornering stability. Debuting in the 2025 European Le Mans Series, the JS P325 immediately showcased dominance, taking pole at Barcelona and securing podium finishes. At Imola, CLX Motorsport’s had claimed 3 wins in a row and Team Virage took the honors in Spa, confirming the JS P325 as the benchmark in the new LMP3 era.

Silverstone International Circuit, the famed “Home of British Motorsport,” began life as a World War II airfield before hosting its first race in 1948 and the inaugural Formula One World Championship Grand Prix in 1950. Its fast, flowing layout and rich heritage have made it a landmark for global motorsport ever since.

Endurance racing at Silverstone has a proud history. The FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) selected Silverstone as the venue for its rebirth in 2012, with the “6 Hours of Silverstone” often serving as the season opener. Between 2012 and 2019, the event produced some of the championship’s greatest battles, including the titanic LMP1 contests between Audi, Toyota, and Porsche. From 2008, the newly branded European Le Mans Series regularly began its seasons at Silverstone, with the ELMS itself returning almost every year between 2012 and 2019. The track’s mix of legendary corners like Copse and Maggots-Becketts provides the perfect stage for multi-class racing, cementing Silverstone’s role as a historic proving ground for endurance teams and future Le Mans winners.
