In Resident Evil 4, special agent Leon S. Kennedy is sent on a mission to rescue the U.S. President’s daughter who has been kidnapped. Finding his way to a rural village in Europe, he faces new threats that are a departure from the traditional lumbering zombie enemies of the earlier instalments in the series. Leon battles horrific new creatures infested by a new threat called Las Plagas and faces off against an aggressive group of enemies including mind-controlled villagers that are tied to Los Illuminados, the mysterious cult which is behind the abduction.

I bought RE 4 HD edition but the key i've received is not the hd edition.

replyIt's longer than usual, but its also a bank holiday in some parts of the world. We're hoping it'll be tomorrow though. Sorry for the delay, its sadly out of our hands right now.

replyHey, as you've already picked up the free game promo we cannot offer a refund at this point. I understand it's disappointing but Capcom are the ones who have yet to send keys. Worry not keys should be sent over soon. I apologise for the delay in this but we have no control over the situation. We have been on at them to resolve the issue though and will not stop until they're with us.
replyYou have given me a game that is free on Steam and which you have more than enough keys because you will no longer sell them. I want my money, give me a refund or open a dispute in PayPal.
