Dear GP team,
can you/are you allowed to comment on why it is taking such a long time for you to get the ME:A preorder going?
Amazon (DE, UK, US) has had it for ages, and while I of course know that you are quite a bit smaller than Amazon, you are (to my mind) one of the few fully legal and above-board keysellers with an excellent (and well-deserved!) reputation... so I cannot imagine for the life of me why Origin/EA would make it so hard for you...
Really curious why that is, especially since I am sorry to say that I have now preordered on Amazon, having received a gift voucher for them for my birthday last week.

we are free to set the date on when we accept pre-orders on any game. There is no restriction on this. It doesn't matter the size, e.g. Amazon vs. Gamesplanet nor any other circumstances. The main issue is product availability and thus responsibility with our customers.
Since EA has choosen to go all "Origin first", we are careful to offer pre-orders on EA games. First and foremost, we want to ensure every gamer ordering from us will have his key on time. As we know that the stock made available to us is limited, we choose to start taking pre-orders later than anyone else. It would make no sense at all to offer pre-orders early and then have to either cut pre-orders or complete suspend them. We accept pre-orders later but guarantee delivery of keys.
Do we miss out on business, do we possibly earn less on EA games? We surely do but we still prefer to be honest and be known for reliable and trustful service. Last but not least: There are so many more games than those from EA…

replyAAAAAAHHHHHH! You are driving me crazy! I can't wait and this is making my teeth itch. I can start playing the game tomorrow because of Origin Access and was hoping to own or have a key registered on Origin before then. Please at least confirm that you will have the key before the US release of the 21st and that we wont have to wait till the 23rd.
