If it's a desaster you at least don't have to worry for the refund… But honestly – let's hope it's a great game in the first place!

What do you mean? You guys actually give refunds? I bought Deathwing from Gamersgate and I'm pretty sure they don't give refunds.

Yes, you can also cancel your pre-order yourself from your account page - https://uk.gamesplanet.com/support/13-purchases-and-payments/203-enable-your-purchase-or-refund

If you get issues we're more than happy to do that, sometimes tech issues happen and it sucks.

That's really awesome. It's nice to know that someone else besides just Steam realizes that sometimes developers just release buggy garbage with piss poor performance, or games that just flat out suck. That happened a lot in 2016.

Yes a few games last year were not great ports, we've had various games not performing well from customers (and our own computers). Rest assured we're not going to leave you with broken games, we'll usually try and help out as best as we can with tech issues but sometimes there's not much else we can do beyond a refund.

From what I have seen of this game (by playing the demo) it's a pretty good port, did you give the demo a try on PC to see how it runs for you?

Yes it runs smoothly. I didn't like the demo but I've seen other footage of the game's combat so I don't think it will be a straight up adventure-horror game like the demo suggests. The only thing I'm worried about is that Capcom has released some bad ports in the past, although not many. As long as this doesn't have piss poor technical problems like a lot of AAA games did last year I will be happy.

I can understand that, let's hope it's a great game then :)
