@Taurian - are you on the rewards vendor after getting to your base? Not the one at the start of the game.

@Darkphizer - email us [email protected] and we'll take a look further, it's possible your rewards are linked to your account and will show up in game.

I'm having an issue regarding my hazmat gear key. Did the steps you guys said were needed. I received an email today stating that my gear is available for XBOX ONE... ??? I clearcly chose the pc platform.
