where is my DLC Hazmat

I ordered the gold edition but I have my dlc Hazmat at stake? because?

@HumuHumu: As the Hazmat Gear is the preorder DLC, you got the key already. ;) Activation instructions are in your account on the right part of the page where you found the keys.

@kaming316: Chinese is not included in the language options as you can see on the upper part of this product page.

Ubisoft has/had some severe issues with distributing the Hazmat Gear Set, but they did manage to start the sendout to customers Uplay accounts yesterday evening (it was supposed to start at 10 am). If you have redeemed the preorder key on the activation website (details to be found in your account), the Hazmat Gear DLC will be linked to your Uplay account.

I've preordered this gold edition but there were no Chinese version, I asked the Ubisoft and they told me to ask you guys. If I am possible to get the Chinese version?
Also, how do I get my preorder reward? Do I have to enter any other key except the game code and the season pass key? Thank you

I pre ordered the gold edition and Have not got a code for the hazmat suit? How can I get my code? I have three keys. Pre order key/gold key and season pass key but nothing for the hazmat.
