Check the store page, game should be in library - it's just not released yet (I think it unlocks in about 12 minutes)

Yea I know that, but I got the email, and over the page says that something is wrong, and they already know about it. But yeah, I hope it fix alone in the day, it was just to have some updates, nothing really serious 😅

It says status failed on my account page. There is a gibberish key in the dashboard that cannot be activated and money was also not refunded... Absolutely NOT OK, the game is already out.. I did not receive an email that tehre is any problem....

Just got an email from my ticket to support that they got some problem with the setup to send out the Deluxe keys, and they are trying to sort out everything. So, let's hope they can fix it asap!
