Hi I have received both keys, but bandai namco points are dark souls 3 instead of dragon ball xenoverse 2 deluxe edition.

replyHi! I redeemed both keys (game and vip points) and they both worked. But when I redeemed the vip points one it showed me Dark Souls 3 VIP points added to my Bamco account. So now I have Dark Souls 3 registered in my Namco account instead of Xenoverse 2. Is this a problem on Bamco side or I got the vip points key for the wrong game? XD

replyi have a question, in my game list on steam the game is named "Dragonball Xenoverse 2", did this code include the deluxe but its not called in the game list as deluxe edition?
replyThat's normal, you can look in your account details page to find "DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 Deluxe Edition Pre-purchase".
The games list will always just display the game, doesn't mention Deluxe at all but you'll have all the content available.
